On Friday, people around the country are celebrating Red Nose Day 2022. All of the proceeds raised by the event are used by the charity to support vulnerable people in the UK and all over the world live free from poverty, violence, and discrimination.
This year to raise money, we embarked on a sponsored skip. With some classes contributing over 20,000 skips on their own, we successfully reached our target of 100,000 skips in one day. It was great to see our pupils pushing themselves, getting lots of exercise and succeeding in their target while raising
Since launching the first Red Nose Day in 1985, Comic Relief has helped a staggering number of people, and tens of millions of pounds are raised every year.

While we’re proud of our smart and well-observed uniform policy, we love seeing so many staff and pupils wearing red noses this week!
At Tregoze Primary School, we believe Red Nose Day is much more than just a television spectacle. The event gives us the platform to teach our pupils about the importance of charity, being generous, and supporting and helping others.
Red Nose Day is such a special event because it allows young people to have fun, laugh, and experience the joy of raising money to help others.
